Drs. Daftary-Kapur and Zottoli conducted an updated analysis on the release and recidivism of juvenile lifers in Philadelphia. As of March 2025, findings reveal a recidivism rate of just 4.23%--a remarkably low figure compared to national rates. You can find the brief here.
