Kimberly Echevarria, is a first year MA student, in the Legal Decision Making Lab and the Clinical Psychology program, Forensic concentration. She was awarded a research Grant-In-Aid from the American Psychology and Law Society to fund her work on whether/how pre-trial detention and non-carceral plea offers differentially affect the decision to plead guilty by innocent and guilty defendants.
