New Qualitative Findings on the Unique Reentry Experiences of Juvenile Lifers Released in Pennsylvania!

LDM students—Tierney Huppert, Keith Covan-Rodriguez, and Tristin Faust—and Dr. Daftary-Kapur recently published an article presenting qualitative findings on the reentry experiences of juvenile lifers released in Pennsylvania. The findings suggest that juvenile lifers experience not only the common reentry challenges experienced by other returning citizens (e.g., employment, housing, and financial difficulties) but also unique challenges, such as difficulties with interpersonal relationships, reentering society as adults, and lifetime parole.
