We are excited to announce a new research collaboration with the Philadelphia District Attorney's office. Projects in development include a study of the impact of DA Larry Krasner's recently implemented (Feb 2018) charging and plea bargaining policy on ADA decision-making and case outcomes, and an evaluation of the Juvenile Lifer Re-Sentencing Project, including changes in process and outcomes from prior administration. The research team includes Oren Gur, Ph.D. (Philly DA office), Tarika Daftary-Kapur, Ph.D. and Tina M. Zottoli, Ph.D. (Montclair State) and Besiki Kutataladze, Ph.D. (Florida International University).
